"Felpham Fields"
Just a ten minutes stroll from the beautiful beaches of Felpham, “Felpham Fields” is an organisation of some sixty freeholders residing in three Private Roads.
Ley Road (private section), Duncton Close and Tryndel Way (excluding the part of Tryndel Way running south from the southernmost boundary of 15 Tryndel Way) as this section of Tryndel Way is retained under a separate Private Land Title. There exists a pedestrian and vehicle Access right of way over these roads We are a small community and our aim is for everyone to live here in harmony, support each other and enjoy the wonderful environment and facilities that “Felpham Fields” has to offer.
Why we are different
We all share a desire to enjoy living in this unique community by the sea and to preserve our joint assets.
The membership of “Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd” contributes to the Management and Maintenance of “Felpham Fields”, with a sound and sensible outlook and a great deal of combined experience, who represent our interests effectively and ensure that everything is well managed now and in the future.
The Directors
Keith Cowley
Keith Cowley:- Our Company Secretary (& Director) Keith lives with his wife Tracy and is the newcomer to the “Felpham Fields” community having moved from Mid Sussex in October 2018 to continue to enjoy retirement with Tracy by the sea. Keith and Tracy both enjoy life and their love of travel. With three boys all very keen golfers now in the golfing profession, it was no surprise that Keith himself enjoys a round of Golf; being a member at Bognor GC Keith continues to battle with the handicap system to improve. Keith and Tracy enjoy walking and living by the sea and you will often see them both sitting on the beach often with Keith fishing. Keith brings his organisation and people management skills to the benefit of the Company gained from over 37 years in the Telco Industry with BT, 15 years as part of the Global Senior Management team.
Chris Joyce
Chris Joyce Director :- Chris has lived local to Bognor all his life and lives with his wife Christine in Tryndel Way. Chris is Director and Road Rep for Tryndel Way and enjoys his retirement with pastimes of maintaining and restoring his collection of Vintage Classic cars and with Christine also pride themselves in keeping their gardens in pristine condition. Chris enjoys walking and exploring the county’s downland and seaside walks. Chris brings a wealth of experience to the Company with his previous knowledge and experience of working in the trades service sector both as an experienced employee and as a sole trader in the Electrical and Plumbing services.
Phil Hall
Phil is the Road Rep for Duncton Close & Ley Road (Nth) and as a now retired Ex Police Detective Sergeant brings an extensive knowledge of the Law to the running of the Company. Phil and Jenny live in Duncton Close where also they pride themselves in keeping their part of “Felpham Fields” in pristine condition. Phil is a very keen golfer and as a member of Worthing Golf Club maintains a very competitive handicap. He is always up for a game should anyone care to give him a call.
Debbie Smallbones
Debbie Road Rep for Ley Road (sth) and Leyton Court, is a longstanding resident of Ley Road and along with her husband Graham are the backbone of the “Felpham Fields” community. The local community has benefited from both Graham and Debbie’s skills in business, Graham with his extensive mastery of woodworking skills and general building and structural engineering skills which have served the local residents well over many years and Debbie who now as a skilled therapist offers services focusing on both relaxation and therapeutic massage and general health and wellbeing advice and therapies. As a team Graham and Debbie have been instrumental in the formation of “Felpham Fields” and continue to be of significant benefit and assistance to our small community.
