Members + Residents of “Felpham Fields”,
Intro: The sun is out! perhaps now we can start to think Summer is really here. Still confusion (for some) with foreign holidays though Boo Hoo!.
Management Fee Payments:- Many thanks to those of you that made your payments for this years Management Fees promptly, it really does help us that payments are made on time. For those that have outstanding payments, they are now due. If at all possible please pay via Bank transfer our account details are on the letter you have received requesting payment, alternatively cheques are accepted and should be made payable to Felpham Fields Residents Association Ltd.
SIGNAGE PROJECT:- A workingparty has been formed to plan and provide the new Road Signs that will form the demarcation of “Felpham Fields”, show “No Through Road” (Tryndel Way and Duncton Close) and “20 MPH speed limits” the work group have started work on sourcing the materials and will be out and about soon surveying the positions for the placement of signs.
END OF LOCKDOWN SOCIAL EVENT:- Plans have been discussed in committee to organise some kind of “Coming out of Lockdown” event, possible street get together, which is still dependent upon the general relaxation on the Government guidelines. Your Council felt that whatever is organised it is done in a responsible and safe fashion, potentially closing off Duncton Close for an afternoon, would allow a small social event to take place. Many thanks to the many residents that have given support to an event and for the offers of help from Volunteers to make something happen when we can nail down a day!
Communications: The Web Site www.felphamfields.co.uk is fully up and running. Can I remind everyone of their responsibilities to keep the verges abutting the roads in a tidy state and in the event of work being done in their property that if the verges or driveways that make up the “Felpham Fields” property are likely to be affected, that appropriate permissions are sought and Authority in writing is obtained before any works takes place, If in doubt then please contact our Secretary Keith.
